Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for employment, on contract, for the position of Human Resource Officer at the Rural Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited.
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
JOB SUMMARY: Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs and practices. Provides professional support to managers and staff for all HR related matters. Undertakes specialist and general HR task as required in a project management organisation. Engages in dispute settlement, investigations, reporting and data entry. Ensures compliance with proper practices and regulations relating to the public sector.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: An Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related field. Qualification in Labour Relations, with at least three (3) years’ experience in Human Resources Management preferably within the public sector.
