The success of RDC so far is due in no small measure to the calibre of its managerial staff and employees. Over the years, steps have been taken to hire appropriate personnel and to implement appropriate accounting and management systems, and training programs to ensure that RDC keeps pace with technological advancement and modern managerial challenges.
The management team consists of highly trained and experienced professionals in their respective disciplines.
The Company is headed by a Chief Executive Officer who has over thirty (30) years of experience in Engineering and Management, of which at least twenty-five (25) years were in the practice of Civil and Structural Engineering both in the public and private sector and the latter fifteen (15) years were at senior management level.
The Company is structured along functional lines as shown in the chart below. The key advantages of this approach are to:-

- To provide a greater sense of identification with respect to role and responsibilities.
- To measure performance on a departmental basis more effectively.
